Blog Award

Laurie over at Bitten by Paranormal Romance has awarded a cute blogger award to me. I thinks it's very nice of her. I totally don't deserve it, but I'm going to try to pass it on to five other bloggers. Thank you Laurie! :)

A part of accepting this award is listing the last five books that you've read, so here goes:

  1. Need by Carrie Jones
  2. Magic On The Storm by Devon Monk
  3. Herbert's Wormhole by Peter Nelson
  4. The Sweet Scent of Blood by Suzanne McLeod
  5. Rally Fever by Crea Jones

I pass this on to.....

  1. Asia in The Heart, World on the Mind
  2. There's A Book
  3. Misfit Salon
  4. Geeky Blogger's Book Blog
  5. The Thrillionth Page

Happy Reading and Blogging, everyone!

I like the fact that the last 5 books you read are all from different authors. I do think this is a very cute award :)

By the way, what is The Sweet Scent of Blood about? It sounds interesting. Would you recommend it?

  5. I reviewed it - but there's so much more to the story. Go to http://spellcrackers.com/chapterone.html where you can read the first two chapters. I think you'll love it. Vampires, witches, fae (lots of fae - pixies, brownies, nyads, etc) and even a ghost here and there. The main character has quite a background herself. She works for a place called Spellcrackers.com and is asked to help a vampire out in trying to sniff out if there was any spells used in the murder of his girlfriend - that he's been charged with.

Gread world building and very interesting chracters, and good plotting.
