On Fridays you write about something that is good. Something someone nice did for you, make a list of five good things, or write about something nice you did for someone else. There are five prompts that have been provided by the "Girl Next Door". You should try it, it's kind of fun to write about positive things, even though it's hard to find something positive sometimes. This is a good thing to think about.
