Waiting on Wednesday

Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Jill of Breaking the Spine I don't always participate in this one, however....

I just read a review of Christina Henry's Black Wings on RomFan Reviews' blog,

then I went over to Christina Henry's author website and read an excerpt- Chapter 1.

It reads well; if the first chapter is an example of the rest of the book, then this is going to be a fun and good book to read

• a woman with wings, wings that turn her invisible to most
• a gargoyle friend/guardian
• a calling escorting souls to THE DOOR
• a mysterious new tenant
• a gay friend (I like gay friends)
• a sequel - Black Night - releasing August 2011, with four more planned
• if the first chapter is any indication - DECENT DIALOGUE - Oh Yeah!
• danger

I just love finding out about new good books!
