Trans Siberian Orchestra - Carol of the Bells

The Trans Siberian Orchestra is probably the only orchestra that I willingly listen to. I know there are some kick-ass classic music out there - but it's hard to find....as long as there's drums...lots of them...I'm happy.

The following is a long version - the Carol of the Bells doesn't actually begin until about 3 and half minutes in - although the whole thing, of course, sounds awesome...

Below is a short version (both I found on YouTube)

  1. Have you ever seen the movie The Ghosts of Christmas Eve? The plot's a little strange, but the ending is great and the TSO is in it.

  2. I've never heard of that movie, but I'm going to look it up now. I like TSO's music. Have you ever heard of Electric Light Orchestra? They were around in the '70s. My sister had one of their albums...(haha I'm dating myself)

  3. I've never heard of the Electric Light Orchestra. It sounds interesting, though--I'll have to look them up.

  4. I love Christmas music and am one of those nuts that starts listening to it non-stop from the day after Thanksgiving until New Year's eve. Thanks for sharing this with me and have a Merry Christmas!
