(I'm horrible - can't find the link to original host)This "Friday Find" isn't coming out until May 2010, but I would really love to get this for our school library. The main character is half-hispanic and goes to New Mexico to stay with her grandmother for a while. Tortillas are involved. (I love tortillas). I put it on my wish list for the school library.
The author is Jennifer Cervantes, who is also half-hispanic (I love it!). Tortilla Sun is listed for middle grade interest.
